- Sear Gyros meat and hold warm until needed.
- Combine Tzatziki sauce and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread Tzatziki sauce evenly over crust. Top with Gyros meat, tomato, olives and Feta cheese.
- Place pizza in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for five minutes before slicing.
- Cut pizza into desired serving size. Garnish with chopped parsley.
