GYRO PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

Kronos Flatbread Pizza Crust

Kronos Gyros Meat, Diced
1.5 cups
2 cups
Kronos Tzatziki Sauce
1.5 cuos
2 cups
Lemon Juice
1 tsp
1.25 tsp
Tomato, Diced
1/2 cup
3/4 cup
Red Onion, Sliced
1/2 cup
3/4 cup
Kalamata Olives, Pitted, Sliced
1/3 cup
1/2 cup
Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1 cup
1.25 cups
Parsley, Chopped, As Needed
Salt & Pepper, To Taste

ASSEMBLY
  1. Sear Gyros meat and hold warm until needed.
  2. Combine Tzatziki sauce and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread Tzatziki sauce evenly over crust. Top with Gyros meat, tomato, olives and Feta cheese.
  4. Place pizza in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for five minutes before slicing.
  5. Cut pizza into desired serving size. Garnish with chopped parsley.
